THIS is the horrifying moment an old aged pensioner brutally guns down an innocent female Uber driver after thinking she was a scammer.
William Brock, 81, has been charged with murder after he killed Loletha Hall before telling cops he thought she was connected to a fraudster sending him and his family death threats over the phone.

The horror shooting happened on March 25, outside of Brock’s South Charleston home in Ohio.
Harrowing footage from the car’s dash cam shows Brock walking behind Hall, 61, with a pistol pointed at her chest.
The two can be seen having a conversation moments before the first bullet was fired.
Hall only asked about the package she was sent to retrieve and made no demands or threatening movements, says a police press release.
Audio picked up from the footage shows Hall threatened to call the police after she was had the gun pointed at her.
The Uber driver arrived at the man’s home after receiving a message on the popular app saying there was a package that needed picking up at his address.
Cops said there was never a package due to be picked up and the Uber instruction was a hoax order.
Brock told cops he had been receiving calls from a man prior to the terrifying altercation who claimed one of his relatives was in jail.
The caller then tried to coerce Brock into wiring cash over to them to pay for their release.
Brock says he refused to pay which only angered the scammer who started to threaten him and his family.
He is thought to believed that Hall had a connection to the man on the phone and even told cops on a 911 call after he thought she was there to kill him and his family.
Police have found no link between Hall and any operating scam ring.

Hall was quickly rushed to a local hospital but tragically died as doctors battled to keep her alive.
Brock was charged with murder after the sheriff’s office said Hall showed no “active threat” during the encounter.
They also noted the killer should have contacted them after he received the threats over the phone if he felt he was in such danger.
An Uber spokesperson gave a statement to CNN saying: “This is a horrific tragedy and our hearts continue to be with Loletha’s loved ones as they grieve.
“We have been in contact with law enforcement and remain committed to supporting their investigation.”
The company has also banned the account of the person who ordered Hall to go to the house of her killer.
Authorities are still unsure who was behind the scam calls and who ordered the Uber but believe they could be related.
